Don’t forget your Barrels and change

What is BGMC?

A cartoon character with a yellow body, large blue eyes, and a big smile, holding a book in one hand and rubbing its chin with the other. The character is wearing red and white sneakers, blue shorts, and a green shirt with short sleeves.

BGMC goes to where the need is the greatest, where the timing is the most urgent, and where people's lives can be changed forever.

We are engaging storytellers, givers, local leaders, and directors who challenge kids to embrace sacrificial living for the sake of the gospel. We see every generation personally responsible for the Mission of the Church and strive to instill a missional worldview with the goal of compassionate Missions Champions who discover how God’s heart can be their heart.

SEPTEMBER FOCUS: SOUTH AFRICA

BGMC blesses South Africa!

BGMC has been a big help to the missionaries in South Africa by providing lots of equipment, supplies, computers, books, training materials, curriculum, water wells, AIDS education materials, equipment and supplies for feeding programs and for kids’ ministry.

BGMC has also been reaching and training kids through the Jackson’s Ridge Children’s Ministries Camp and Training Center. BGMC has provided kitchen equipment, camp supplies, boats, playground equipment, puppets, buildings, and even a lake! BGMC pays the way for kids to attend camp and for adults to attend training sessions. Through BGMC and Coins for Kids, kitchens have been set up all over South Africa to feed kids.

Thank you, kids, for giving to BGMC so the people of South Africa can hear about Jesus!

EVERY CENT COUNTS!

History of BGMC

BGMC began in 1949 as a way to get needed literature and curriculum to missionaries overseas while teaching kids about the importance of missions. Over the years, this essential ministry has grown to providing vital funds and resources to AG missionaries and ministries for wide-ranging global impact. Nearly 75 years later, BGMC has raised over $200 million for critical needs around the world!
